It has been a busy couple of months for us! We have had a hectic schedule and have been travelling just about everywhere for the last couple months! We've visited Arkansas, Utah, Minnesota, and Oklahoma just to name a few! In between shows, we've been working on a few great new things we're hoping to bring to life for Quick Motorsports so keep your eyes open for updates on our newest projects!
We've been having some great runs with the trucks now that we've made it through all of the craziness we had during 1st quarter! Larry has taken several freestyle and wheelie wins in Ghost Ryder and Shannon has been winning a few races in Girl Power! We've been running against some pretty tough competition so these wins haven't come without a fight!
We just finished up our show in Ardmore, OK at the Southern Oklahoma Speedway this past weekend and it was a great success! We loved being able to go back to the SOS to play after missing last year due to a scheduling conflict. We tried some new things on the track and all the trucks did an awesome job! We would like to thank the crew at SOS for having us and for all that you did to make the show a success! We can't wait to be back next year!
We still have a pretty busy few months left in 2016 so make sure to come see us if we're anywhere near you! We are also working to lock down our 2017 dates so make sure you peek at our schedule every now and then to see which of our old stomping grounds we'll be going back to in 2017!
Thanks to everyone who has come out to see us this year! We wouldn't be able to do what we love without your continued support!

We are already working on our schedule for 2017 and are working on some more dates for Fall of 2016! We have some great venues in the line up! Make sure to keep an eye out...maybe we'll be in your area!
April 21, 2016
It has been a long and grueling 1st Quarter but it looks like we made it through! Girl Power has been doing great with Shannon behind the wheel and has even taken a couple wins! Larry has taken quite a few victories in Ghost Ryder but it hasn't come without struggles.
We have replaced a couple motors, crashed a couple times, and worked hard but we were able to pull through and keep it together through it all and come out ok on the other side.
Thanks to all the fans that came out to support us so far this year and we look forward to entertaining you all in the months to come!
Make sure to keep an eye on our schedule for updates and upcoming dates!
November 19, 2015
We have our official schedule for 2016 posted! Just got it yesterday! Of course there are still more dates to come, but make sure to take a look and see if we'll be in your area!

We will be serving FREE BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, chips, punch, and candy. We will also have the Ghost Ryder truck tired up and on display. So bring the entire family and come check it out!

It's been a while since our last update, but there has been a lot going on with Quick Motorsports! We have been running all over the country and have had the opportunity to run with a number of great drivers and trucks!
We have been able to pull of some wins and losses for both Larry and Shannon, but both trucks have been holding together great and running their passes! We were able to with MAP Motorsports for a couple shows in Austin, TX and Waco, TX against 2 of Sudden Impact's trucks, Doug Noelke in Tail Gator and Mac Plecker in Ballistic. Each show was a lot of fun and we had a great time running with those guys!
The race to the Checkered Flag Winter Nationals have been raging on and is all leading up to the Championship in Pocatello, ID on April 4! We will be competing against some great trucks and drivers, but of course we are hoping to bring home the big trophy again this year!
We are in Billings, MT this weekend and will be heading to Pocatello from here!
Thanks to all the fans that have come to our shows this year for your continued support of our team!
Keep an eye our for all the changes that are continuing in the Quick Motorsports team and make sure to check our schedule for our updated Summer dates!
January 26, 2015
We have had a pretty rough start to the 2015 season, but there has been some good mixed with the not so great!
Our show in Monroe, LA went great! Larry won freestyle on Friday night and swept wheelie, racing, and freestyle Saturday night! We had a great time running with some great drivers and trucks and also got to hang out with some great friends of ours also!
The show in Grand Island, NE was great Friday night, but we lost the motor in Ghost Ryder on Saturday night along with front end damage and a blown transmission in both Ghost Ryder and Heart Breaker. Larry won wheelie and freestyle both nights and Bigfoot took the wins in racing both nights (Friday night was against Larry in the finals and Saturday was against Shannon).
We decided that we would just drive down to Ardmore, OK to work on the trucks. Thanks to some help from some great people, we were able to work in a nice shop! John and Nicky Webb with the Southern Oklahoma Speedway in Ardmore, OK were totally amazing to us and let us use a bay in their shop in Pauls Valley at Trucks Unlimited! A big thanks to John and Nicky and their whole crew at Trucks Unlimited! We would also like to thank Justin and Chelsea Smith from Monroe, LA for their help in locating a new engine, for bringing it to us, and for sticking around to help us out for the week! We also want to thank Zach Adams driver of the Defender monster truck for coming out to lend us a hand!
After a long week working on both trucks in Pauls Valley, OK it was on to our next show in Ardmore, OK! We made it in to the Hardy Murphy Coliseum Friday morning and got both trucks tired up for the show, but when we went to take Ghost in for the pit party, the rear end let go and we spent all night Friday trying to get it apart and fixed. Unfortunately, Larry wasn't able to run Friday night, but Shannon picked up the freestyle win for the Quick Motorsports Team with Bobo Winslow winning wheelie and racing!
We got Ghost back together and ready to rock Saturday night! Larry won wheelie and freestyle with Bobo taking the racing win!
Thanks to all the fans for coming out to see us play in Ardmore! Hope you can all make it up to Guthrie next Friday and Saturday for our shows at the Lazy E Arena!

We hope everyone had a great holiday season! Quick Motorsports is getting on the road today and starting our first quarter in Monroe, LA Friday and Saturday nights! Hope to see all our local fans and some new ones as well! We'll keep the website updated with results from each weekend and make sure to keep an eye on our schedule to see when we're going to be in your area!
It has been a hectic and crazy year end for Quick Motorsports and we apologize for the delays in keeping our website updated! However, we appreciate your support for our team!
There have been many changes going on in Quick Motorsports over the past several months, some have been great while others have been tough for us.
As many people already know, we sold the original Ghost Ryder truck. The new owners took possession of it in November. This was a little tough for us to do because of the great history this truck has with Quick Motorsports, but we are definitely glad to see it go to such a great new home with Matthew and Mary Cooley! Keep an eye out in 2015 for the Pony Express truck to make its return and debut with Matthew Cooley as a new race truck owner/driver! We are excited to see what he has in store for the monster truck world!
With the re-homing of our old truck, this is bringing about some big news for Quick Motorsports! While we are building a new truck for Shannon to drive, Quick Motorsports has joined forces with another independent race team for the 2015 season! We are pleased to announce that Heart Breaker Racing and Quick Motorsports have joined together this year and Shannon will be driving Heartbreaker for the 2015 season! We hope to bring about a new era in monster trucks with 2 independent teams coming together!
Quick Motorsports has also relocated our shop into a bigger and better facility and is looking forward to getting to know our new work place and having tons of room to build our new truck!
Make sure you check out our updated schedule for 2015! We look forward to seeing you at some of our shows and please keep an eye out for newly added appearances!
We are also looking into some potential sponsors for next year and are always open to listen to any partnership proposals!
Again thank you for all of your support through the years and we look forward to a great 2015 season! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of your families from ours!

It's been a few months since our last update and the Quick Motorsports team has been keeping pretty busy! We had a close to home show in Quincy, IL on Friday and Saturday June 13-14 and over to Lincoln, IL for a show on Sunday June 15th! What a crazy weekend that was for us but we did survive and make through! Larry won Wheelie and Freestyle in all 3 shows but saw losses in racing. Ghost Ryder lost a shock mount and shock in Quincy, but thanks to the Bigfoot team who loaned us a shock, he was able to complete the rest of the weekend. Thanks to everyone who came out to see us run! We enjoyed a week off and actually took a vacation, but now it's back to monster truckin'! We will be heading to Ardmore, OK for another great show at the Southern Oklahoma Speedway July 11-12 and then we'll be heading back home for a show on July 16 (Wednesday night) at the Knox County Fair in Knoxville, IL. After Knoxville, we will be heading back south for 2 shows in Texas-Friday night in Paris, TX and Saturday night in Longview, TX. Check out the flyer for the Knoxville show at this link https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10201220502994189&set=p.10201220502994189&type=1&theater

After several weeks off, Quick Motorsports was off to Moberly, MO for a show at the Randolph County Raceway last weekend! We had a great time running there again this year! It was a rough weekend that saw breakage to both trucks, but in the end everything went good. We ran with some great trucks and had an awesome time! Friday night started out with electrical issues with La Chica Loca, but we did manage to situate the issue enough to make it through the night. Ghost Ryder bent a four link and dropped the rear drive shaft, but we put it back together in time for racing and Ghost Ryder swept the night. Saturday night found Shannon in La Chica Loca experiencing her very first roll over in Wheelie contest and broke a few things, but nothing we couldn't get back together in time for her to make racing. She lost a wheel very first pass during freestyle, but we'll get it back together and ready to run again for Quincy, IL Father's Day weekend! Larry swept the night again on Saturday in Ghost Ryder, but the rest of the trucks gave it their all to give him a run for his money! Keep an eye on our schedule to see where we're heading to next! A big thanks to all the fans who came out to see us last weekend!

First Quarter has officially come to a close and we at Quick Motorsports are looking forward to some much needed time at home! We are excited with the results for first quarter and have had a great year thus far! We would like to start out by thanking all the fans for their support at all the shows we have done all across the US! Without you, none of what we do would be possible! Since our last update, we have been extremely busy with a tour starting in Martin, TN and ending right in our own backyard in Ottumwa, IA with great runs and luck for the Quick Motorsports team! We got to run with some great friends and had some great times in addition to some great shows! Pocatello, ID is the home of Checkered Flag Productions Winter Nationals Championship and Larry was the Defending Champ from 2013, so we were excited to go back this year to see if Larry could take it all home again. After a long night running against some heavy hitting trucks, Larry was able to defend his title and take home the CFP Championship for the 2nd year in a row! Make sure you check out our Weekly Results page to see all our show results for first quarter! We are looking forward to our upcoming summer schedule so keep an eye on our schedule to see where we'll be next! We look forward to seeing you at our shows!

First quarter is still going great! Our next show was February 8th in Casper, WY! We had a great show and a lot of fun...Larry took wins in Wheelie Contest and Freestyle and Kevin Kozala in Bigfoot took the win in Racing. We were able to load both trucks in the trailer and head home to enjoy a week off hanging out with the kids for a few days before heading off to Monroe, LA! What a great time spending a week in Monroe was! We were able to go to Duck Commander and have a private tour of the warehouse with Ryan Rice, Kari Klapp, and Ronnie Rice which was absolutely awesome and we would like to give a huge thanks to Ryan, Kari and Ronnie for including us in all of their awesome journey and also to Marsha Robertson for making it all happen! We were also able to have a personal meet and greet with Si Robertson from Duck Dynasty which was absolutely amazing! Si actually drove the Incinerator Monster Truck out for intros and over the racing lane car stack wearing Shannon's helmet and neck brace along with Ryan's race suit! We also ate lots of great cajun cookin' from Willie's Duck Diner and The Cypress Inn Restaurant...Check out the pics in this post! The shows in Monroe went great! Larry swept all 6 events for the weekend but not without a fight from all the other drivers! Thanks again to Marsha, Ryan, Kari, and Ronnie for making such a great weekend happen for us!

We are having a great first quarter so far! We have been on the road for several weeks so here is our first update since Grand Island, NE! Belton, TX on January 17-18 was a great show and both trucks did well with Ghost Ryder adding a couple more wins to the season! We had a great time at the show-we got to see some great friends, celebrate a great guy's birthday, and meet some great fans! We followed up a great show in Belton with a great show in Ardmore, OK January 24-25! We would like to start by giving a huge thank you to everyone at the Southern Oklahoma Speedway in Ardmore for all of their help and hospitality! You guys are awesome! We had a great weekend in Ardmore, Ghost Ryder broke a 4 link tab during wheelie contest Friday night, but with the help of the Southern OK Speedway crew as well as the staff of the Hardy Murphy Coliseum, we were able to get the truck back together in time for Freestyle! Saturday night was also a great show and we had an awesome weekend running in Ardmore and look forward to going back there for the outdoor show July 11-12!

We made it through a pretty tough weekend at the Kemper Arena in Kansas City, MO and got home yesterday afternoon! We had a great time running with Tail Gator, Smashasaurus, Bigfoot, Bounty Hunter, Scarlet Bandit, and Alter Ego. All the drivers did a fantastic job through all 4 shows and everyone made it out in pretty much one piece! Thanks to all the fans who came out to see the show event with a KC Chiefs game going on!
